I am a neutered male & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix
The shelter staff think I am 1 year and 10 months old.
Hi, I’m Hercules—a 1 year and 10 month old American Staffordshire Terrier with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I came to the shelter as an owner surrender due to a move, and I didn't feel quite like myself in that environment—it's a lot for a sensitive guy like me. Thankfully, I got the chance to go home with a foster parent! I'm active, friendly, and talkative. I’m good with kids, other dogs, and even cats. I’m crate and house trained, and I know how to let you know when I need to go outside. I haven’t had formal training, but I respond well to a strong voice, clicker training, and food—treats definitely help me focus. I love people and enjoy being part of the action, but right now I’m feeling a little unsure in this noisy place. I weigh 50 pounds and I’m ready to find a family who’ll give me the space, structure, and love I need to thrive again. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who just needs a chance to settle in, I’d love to meet you.
